my rules to dating

There are some things that should be said about dating. 

1. I always let the guy suggest were we should go on a date. Why? Because that will tell me what kind of taste he has and what kind of woman he thinks I am. Applebee’s, Chili’s, or some other restauarant like this does not count.

2. He has to open my car door. This rule is non-negotiable. And no regular doors (IE doors to buildings DONT count.) I can’t help who you dated before me, but you will be gentlemen enough to open my door.

3.  Asking me out by text message is not asking me out properly. I must say that text messaging was a great invention but you cant ask a female out that way.

4. Making me think of everything that we should do on a date not only shows lack of creativity, it says you are afraid to suggest anything. Why should I use all my brain power you are trying to date me!

5. While we are on the subject, think outside of the box. Movies and dinner are nice, but you can’t get to know someone by sitting two hours together in the dark. What about bowling or going to a museum or having drinks at a new spot?

6. Don’t expect sex after the first date. Enough said.

7. Dont think just because you drive a Mercedes CL550 or any other related car we are having sex. Contrary to popular belief, not a all women are impressed by that. It is nice that you have nice things but that dosent make who you are and it’s not enough

8. Conversational skills are a must. If you cant hold a conversation about anything than you should practice.

9. You can’t call me on a Friday night at 10:30 pm and ask me to come over. No! You are not my man and why would I want to be in your house?

10. Coming over to your house and “just chillin and watchin a movie” is not a date. Why would I want to come over and watch TV? I have a TV at home.

11. I need to what we are going to be doing in advance because I have to know how to dress. Yes, it is that serious. No, I am not going to through jeans and a hat. Are you crazy?

12. Don’t touch me. Period. Don’t try to hold my hand or be fresh. I am just saying this about the first couple of dates.

13. Dont call me baby, sweetie, honey, etc. You dont know me like that.

14. I dont want to meet your friends of family, if we are not serious.

15. Dont call me late. I am probably sleep and I dont wont to be bothered.
